These quality Gurbani televisions programs are aired on every Monday at 9:00am and Thursday 7:00pm via Shaw Digital Cable on channel 89.

We also publish a monthly multilingual quality magazine to cater for the interest and needs of the South Asian community living in Calgary and suburab.
